Shipping policy

On Demand Barbers has a fixed shipping of 79kr. This applies regardless of the number of goods or size and weight of your goods. For orders over 799kr we offer Free shipping.
Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days, calculated from the day you receive the order confirmation. If you order before 14:00, the order is usually shipped the same day.
The exception is on orders made on Friday and Saturday. They are sent with the mail from Sundays on Monday morning.

RETURN
To return your product, you should mail your product to: On Demand Barbers, Jordstjerneveien 17B, Oslo, 1283, Norway. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
